Client Responsibilities

Ensure all shared materials (images, text, videos) are legally owned or licensed

Approve creatives and campaigns on time

Comply with guidelines for digital platforms (Meta, Google, etc.)

Payments & Billing

Advance payment is required before starting any service.

All payments are non-refundable unless explicitly agreed in writing.

Customized packages may have additional charges.

Content Ownership

Client-provided content remains the client’s property.

Marketing creatives designed by DailyEventz remain our intellectual property unless otherwise agreed.

Third-Party Platforms

Promotions may involve third-party platforms such as Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Google, WhatsApp, or SMS gateways.

DailyEventz is not responsible for:

Platform downtime

Policy-related ad rejections

Delays caused by third-party issues

Limitation of Liability

Low event turnout caused by factors beyond our control

Loss of revenue or business

Technical failures, network issues, or third-party disruptions

We guarantee effort—not event turnout numbers.

Cancellations & Modifications

Cancellations must be requested in writing.

Once a campaign is active, changes may not always be possible.

Any changes requested may incur modification charges.
